At the current Corona crises times you need COVID vaccination certificate in different situations. But sometimes you might not have your smartphone or your paper-printout of the certificate with you. Or your smartphone battery is just empty in the wrong moment.
We do print all important data of your COVID vaccination certificate on a practical small plastic card in the format of a regular creditcard. This can be put and kept in your wallet or in your handglove-compartment of your car.
This might also be a helpfull solution for older people who do not own a smartphone or are not familiar on using it and using the Corona-Apps / CovPass App.
The following data will be print on the EU COVID vaccination certificate card:
- NEW: Amount of Vaccinations and Vaccination date (including booster Vaccination)
- Full name of vaccinated person
- Birthdate
- machine readable QR-Code for verification
The QR-Code can be read and verified (in example at the cinema or restaurant) easily by using the official CovPass-Check-App. The validity will be shown immidiatly in the Check-App.
Order procedure:
New: Upload your vaccination certificate as PDF file at the checkout process.
Important: this PDF has to be downloaded from the official CovPass-App (unfortunatly it cannot be downloaded from other apps like the Corona-Warn App)! If not already done, install the official and free CovPass App from the AppStore or PlayStore and scan your certificate. The certificate will then be added to the app.
Go to the certificate in your app and click it. Then click at the certificate again below the "EU vaccination certificate".
On the following page (digital covid certificate) you will find a button in the lower section called "create EU-print":
The downloaded vaccination certificate can be uploaded here at the checkout process.

The dimensions of this EU COVID vaccination certificate printed card are identical to the dimensions of a credit card or a drivers license.
We are not liable for the validity or acceptance of this printout of your vaccination certificate.
